Finding the right meeting location can be daunting. What city has the least expensive tax rates? What are the cheapest cities for our attendees to fly into? What convention city is closest to the airport? Where can we hold the meeting that has a golf course? All of these questions, many times, come up when speaking with a customer. We take all the information you provide and work with you to decide on the location that will best fit your needs. We then get to work! We do all the research and present you a proposal and it doesn’t cost you a cent. If you are looking for an incentive proposal we can help with that too! If you need a full service program that includes a site inspection, operations, promotion and fully staffed program on site we can provide that for a nominal charge.
